Secrecy is allowed. Sharing is more rewarding.

Work is not time. Work is value created.
Every person receives a guaranteed basic income. Not as charity, but as a basis for cooperation.
Additional earnings arise through:
- actual usage
- measurable impact
- voluntary demand
Not presence is paid, but contribution.
03 Education
Degrees are past. Ability is present.
There are:
- no formal titles
- no mandatory curricula
- no knowledge tests for hoarding
There are:
- portfolios
- demonstrable projects
- continuous learning
Teachers receive return flow when their students succeed.
04 Health
Health is not a trade secret. It is a collective pattern.
Health data:
- belongs to the individual
- flows anonymized into shared data spaces
- generates return flow when it contributes to healing
Medical knowledge is open, reproducible, collectively usable.
05 Governance
Power is not an office. Power is borrowed trust.
Decisions are made through:
- direct participation
- delegatable votes
- revocation at any time
Delegation is topic-specific. Trust is dynamic. Influence is earned, not guaranteed.
06 Money
Money is not value. Money is movement.
Money:
- loses value when it sits
- gains meaning when it flows
Hoarding becomes unattractive. Circulation is rewarded.
07 Property
Possession is not an instrument of control. Access is a right.
Land and resources:
- are common goods
- are allocated through usage rights
Inheritance is limited. The surplus flows back into the commons.
08 The Path
This society does not emerge through revolution. It emerges through islands.
Functioning islands:
- attract
- replicate
- connect
Islands become archipelagos. Archipelagos become continents.
Not through force. Through superiority.
Planet 19 is not a perfect world.
Conflict exists. Mistakes exist. Humans remain human.
But: Nothing is hoarded. Everything flows. Everything works.
A society where the Observer finds nothing to take, because everything is already in motion.
